Frank N. Luccia, managing partner, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1986. Since that time, his practice has focused on the representation of healthcare providers. Mr. Luccia has tried numerous medical malpractice cases and is a member of ABOTA. He is Martindale Hubbell Peer Review peer review rated AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.0.

Mr. Luccia developed the firm’s Continuing Quality Assurance Plan which helps the firm members provide the highest quality legal product and service. In addition, he speaks frequently at hospital in-service programs and continuing legal education seminars. A contributor to several risk management newsletters and other healthcare related journals, he has experience in mediation of personal injury, wrongful death, and healthcare liability disputes.
